Family news, delivered.
Keeping families close, one envelope at a time.
Turn your family's everyday photos and stories into a printed color newsletter, mailed to someone you love every month. The whole family shares from a quick text link, and grandma and grandpa get a curated physical newsletter sent straight to their mailbox.
- We design the newsletter layout for you
- No app or sign-in required
- A monthly keepsake they can hold in their hands

The why
Some of the people we love most are the hardest to keep in the loop.
It's not that anyone stopped caring. Life is just busy. GrandMailers makes it easy again: your family shares the little things — Johnny's lost tooth, Suzy's soccer goal — and we turn them into something your loved one can hold in their hands and cherish forever.
How it works
Four easy steps. Simple for you, simple for everyone.
You set it up once. Each month your family shares a photo or a story from a text link, and we handle the printing and the postage.

This is all your family does. A text arrives, they tap the link, answer a friendly prompt, and add a photo or a story — about two minutes, right from the couch.

Everyone shares each month
Each month every family member gets a text with a link. They tap it, answer a friendly prompt, and add a photo or a story. It only takes a few minutes.

We do the rest
We compile, curate, edit, design, and lay it all out, then mail a beautiful full-color printed newsletter straight to your recipient. Everything's taken care of.
Your loved one doesn't need a phone, a computer, or the internet — the newsletter just shows up in their mailbox.

Printed & mailed
Mail they actually look forward to
Every month a full-color newsletter arrives for your loved one — real paper, real photos, real stamps. Keepsake print quality, the kind of thing they read twice and leave out on the table.

Made together
It becomes part of the everyday
Favorite pages end up on the fridge and passed around at dinner. Friendly prompts help every relative — even the shy ones — find something to share, so each issue feels full.

Kept forever
Every issue, kept
Past issues stack up into a family keepsake, and a private online archive holds every story and extra photo. Everyone who contributes gets a free digital copy the same month it mails.
- Unlimited family contributors
- One printed copy mailed monthly
- Free digital copies for everyone
- A private family archive
Who it's for
Made for the people who'd love to hear from you more.
However far away or offline they are, a printed newsletter meets them right where they are — in the mailbox.
Grandparents far away
When miles or time zones get in the way, the mailbox closes the distance every month.
Grandparents who aren't online
No smartphone, no email, no problem. Everything they need arrives on paper.
Loved ones in assisted living
A bright, personal piece of mail to look forward to — and to share with friends down the hall.
A gift that keeps arriving
Start one for a parent, sibling, or grandparent. It shows up all year, not just once.

Questions, answered
The things families usually ask.
Does my loved one need a smartphone or computer?
No. The newsletter is printed and mailed, so the person receiving it never needs a phone, a computer, or the internet. They just open their mailbox.
How do family members contribute?
They get a text with a link each month. Tapping it opens a page that already knows who they are — they answer a quick prompt or add a photo or a story, and they're done. It only takes a couple of minutes.
How many people can contribute?
As many as you like, at no extra cost. Invite the whole family — parents, kids, cousins, in-laws. Contributors are always free.
Is it really printed and mailed?
Yes. Every month we lay out the best of what your family shared and mail a full-color printed newsletter to your loved one. Real paper, real postage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again.
What if something isn't right?
Just reach out and let us know. We're a small team and we care about getting it right — if there's ever a problem, we'll work with you to make it good.
Can I get extra printed copies?
Yes. If more than one person would like a printed copy in the mail, you can add extra recipients as an add-on — $6/month each, or $40/year each on the yearly plan. Each one gets the same newsletter mailed to their own address.
Is our family's information private?
Yes. Your photos, stories, and family page are private to the people you invite. We don't sell your data or make any of it public.
When does the first one arrive?
We gather contributions through the month, then print and mail after the issue closes. Plan on your loved one receiving the first printed newsletter within a few weeks of getting started — every month after that, it just keeps coming.

Send the first one this month.
It takes about five minutes to set up. Invite your family, and we'll handle the printing, the stamps, and the trip to the mailbox.
