Share your link
Once approved you get a link and a code. Anyone who opens your link is credited to you for 30 days, no code to type.
Step 3
Get paid
We pay monthly by Zelle, PayPal or paper check, for as long as the families you send keep their newsletter.
Your split, your call
Pick how much of the first-year 30% goes to the families you send. After the first year you earn 15%, whatever you chose.

What counts toward my commission?
A family’s monthly or yearly plan payments. Extra mailed copies, one-off purchases, shipping and sales tax don’t count.
How does the discount work?
You have 30% of each family’s first year to split however you like. Give them 10% off and you keep 20%; give nothing off and you keep all 30%. The discount lasts their first year, and you can change it any time in your portal. Families who already joined keep what they got.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?
Your link is remembered on their device for 30 days. If they open someone else’s link after yours, the most recent one gets the credit. They can also type your code at checkout.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, by Zelle, PayPal or paper check. Commission on payments collected in one month is paid at the end of the next (October’s at the end of November), which gives refunds time to clear. If your balance is under $25, it carries over until it isn’t.
What do you need from me for taxes?
A W-9. Once you’re approved we’ll send you one to sign online, and we’ll send you a 1099 at tax time if you earn enough in a year to need one.
Is there an age requirement?
Affiliates need to be 18 or older. A parent or guardian can apply on behalf of a younger creator; the account, the W-9 and the payments are in the parent’s name.
Can I use my own link for my family?
Purchases with your own link or code don’t earn commission. If you’d like to try GrandMailers yourself first, ask us: we often give approved creators a free year.

Program terms
- Commission: 30% of a referred family’s plan payments in their first 12 months, less the discount your code gives them, then 15% for as long as they pay. Not on extra mailed copies, one-off purchases, shipping or tax.
- Credit goes to the last affiliate link opened within 30 days, or the code typed at checkout.
- Commission on a month’s payments is paid at the end of the following month, once your balance is over $25. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back from future commission.
- Tell your audience you earn a commission (for example “#ad” or “I earn from this link”), as the FTC requires.
- No spam, no bidding on “GrandMailers” in search ads, no coupon sites, and no misleading claims. Your own purchases don’t earn commission.
- You must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian may apply for a younger creator, with the account and payments in their name.
- We need a signed W-9 before your first payout. We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice, and may end an account that breaks them.
